Human Clients

If a parent or guardian books for a child, they confirm they have authority to provide the child’s information and consent to the service.

Animal Consultations

The owner or responsible adult provides basic details (type of animal, sex, age, name).
CMW does not diagnose, treat, or offer medical or veterinary advice.

Consent to Consultation (Implied Consent Through Booking)

By booking a consultation through the website, you acknowledge and agree that:
